What Happens During a Session?

In these meetings, the Holy Spirit directs the process—not me. My role is to help you create space for the Holy Spirit to speak and work in your life. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Revelation of Blocks: The Holy Spirit often reveals areas where forgiveness, surrender, or healing is needed.

  2. Guidance and Healing: Together, we invite the Holy Spirit to address these areas and provide you with a fresh sense of connection.

  3. Learning to Listen: You’ll receive practical tools to hear directly from the Holy Spirit, as God desires a personal relationship with you that doesn’t rely on intermediaries.

The process is deeply personal and can take time. Many sessions last about three hours, as the Holy Spirit works according to its timing—not ours.

I also record the meeting and put it where only you can find it so that you can go back and watch it as many times as you like. I will never ever share your video or its contents with anyone without your permission.

What Katrina Offers

Do I have all the answers? No, I do not. But I do know this: the Holy Spirit has all the answers. Jesus promised the Holy Spirit to us after His resurrection, to help us navigate both this life and eternity (John 14:26, John 16:13, Acts 1:8). This gift is available to everyone.

Through years of experience working with individuals who feel “stuck,” I’ve seen the Holy Spirit show up powerfully during one-on-one meetings. In these meetings, together, we seek guidance from the Holy Spirit, allowing it to reveal areas where you may feel blocked.

Often, people discover unresolved anger toward God or others. These emotions can hinder a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit shines its light on these areas, it offers clarity and guidance on how to release the blocks and invite healing.

It’s Hard Work

This process often requires emotional and spiritual effort. Be prepared to engage with honesty and openness.

While I will help facilitate, it is ultimately God who does the work. I cannot promise specific outcomes, as they depend on His plan for you.

Ultimately, my role is to introduce or reintroduce you to the Holy Spirit so that you can build your own personal relationship with God. You don’t need me—only the Holy Spirit. My hope is to help you stand confidently on your own, fully connected to the source of life and truth.

  • I do not charge for the Word of God or access to the Holy Spirit, which are freely given by God. However, I charge for my time, effort, and guidance, as these require preparation, focus, and dedication. The Bible teaches that those who labor in ministry are worthy of support (1 Corinthians 9:14, 1 Timothy 5:17-18). Charging for my time also allows me to fulfill my God-given responsibility to care for my family, including my oldest son, who has severe autism and a seizure disorder (1 Timothy 5:8). By doing so, I can provide meaningful, focused help to those who are truly committed to spiritual growth.

    Through years of experience, I’ve learned that people often do not value what is given for free. But still I’ve shared how to connect with the Holy Spirit through quality, free resources like my two e-books, blog posts, and YouTube videos.

    Also I’ve found that those who invest in themselves with their resources and commit to this journey are far more likely to experience meaningful and lasting spiritual growth.

  • Charging for my time is not the same as charging for God’s Word or blessings. It ensures I can dedicate myself to helping others while honoring my family responsibilities. Paul, who ministered freely at times, taught that it’s acceptable for those serving in ministry to receive support for their labor (1 Corinthians 9:11-14).

    Be assured that I have sought God’s guidance on this matter through prayer. I am deeply aware of the Scriptures that seem to contradict receiving compensation, but through years of experience, I’ve learned that offering my time for free often devalues both the guidance given and the transformative potential of God’s gifts. We only have one physical life, and time is a precious gift. By ensuring that both my time and your commitment are valued, I aim to help you take your spiritual growth seriously and experience lasting transformation.

  • This has not happened very often, but if it does-

    Spiritual growth and connection with the Holy Spirit can look different for everyone. Sometimes, the work of the Holy Spirit is immediate and deeply felt; other times, it unfolds gradually after reflection and continued practice. To help with this process, I record the session and provide you with access to it so you can revisit the experience as often as needed. My role is to help facilitate the process, but it’s ultimately God who does the work in His timing. Be patient with yourself and trust in the journey.

  • The Holy Spirit works on its own timeline, and three hours allows us enough time to delve deeply into areas where healing, revelation, or guidance is needed. I’ve decided to only offer three-hour sessions to honor the depth and focus this work requires. To ensure you can continue reflecting on the session, I record the meeting and provide you with access to it. The video is private and will never be shared without your permission.

  • This service is open to anyone seeking to connect with the Holy Spirit, regardless of where you are in your faith journey. While the foundation of my work is based on biblical principles, the Holy Spirit meets people where they are and in the way they need. I have worked with those who don’t believe in the Bible, and God has met them where they are at.

    That said, I will share with you up front that the Holy Spirit will lead you to believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior over time. This is supported by Bible passages such as John 15:26 and the entire chapter of Acts 2. If what you hear in the spiritual realm does not testify of Jesus, it is another spirit—not the Holy Spirit sent by Jesus.

  • The number of sessions needed depends on your unique spiritual journey and the work the Holy Spirit is doing in your life. Some people experience significant breakthroughs in one session, while others benefit from multiple sessions to address deeper or ongoing challenges. Since sessions are recorded, you can revisit the experience at any time to continue growing and reflecting.

  • There’s no need to record the session yourself—I record it for you and provide private access so you can revisit it as many times as you like. Your video is confidential and will never be shared without your permission.

  • Come with an open heart and mind, ready to engage honestly with what the Holy Spirit may reveal. You may want to spend time in prayer or quiet reflection beforehand, asking God to prepare your heart for the session. Bring water and tissues.

  • The free resources are designed to help you explore your spiritual journey at your own pace. A session, however, provides personalized, one-on-one guidance, allowing us to address your specific blocks and invite the Holy Spirit to work in a focused and transformative way. Additionally, each session is recorded, so you can revisit the experience as often as needed.
